YaleWomen & WLI Present: Women’s Leadership & Career Journeys

YaleWomen alums are invited to attend our Inaugural Event celebrating the partnership between Yale Women and Yale Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) and the kickoff of the new Yale WLI x YW mentorship program. Yale WLI is Yale’s undergraduate student organization dedicated to women leadership at Yale and beyond.

When:  Sunday, October 8, 2023, 11 am to 1 pm.

What:   An in-person event on the Yale campus (during Family Weekend) celebrating the partnership between YaleWomen and Yale WLI and the new YWLIxYW mentorship initiative.

Who:  YaleWomen alums & their guests as well as YWLI students & their families visiting during Family Weekend.  We will also be joined by some mentors from our first cohort of YaleWomen alum mentors in the YWLI x YW Mentorship Initiative

Program:  Talks by our Keynote Speaker and WLI Co-Presidents and plenty of time afterwards to chat with students and other YW alums & guests over coffee/tea and pastries.

Keynote Speaker:   Dr. Susan Pepin (Yale College ‘87) on “Women’s Leadership & Career Journeys.”  [Dr. Pepin is a nationally recognized surgeon, clinician, medical educator and researcher and holds MD & MPH degrees.  She is also a Mentor in our first cohort of YaleWomen alum mentors in the YWLI x YW Mentorship Initiative.
