Join YaleWomen in Northern California for a BBQ and book-picking party on Sunday, August 7th in San Francisco. We will be selecting books for upcoming YaleWomen Book Club events*, but don't hesitate to join us just to meet and mingle with other YaleWomen. This gathering will be held at an alumna’s home in the Mission Bay district of San Francisco, accessible by Muni, BART and Caltrain. Come out for some sun, some fun, good books and great company!

* YaleWomen of Northern California's book club meets every other month, September through July. Past reads have included Wild by Cheryl Strayed, This is How You Lose Her by Juno Diaz, Season of the Witch by David Talbot, The Circle by Dave Eggers, and many more. Because of our widespread region, we aim to host "Book Night" events simultaneously in different parts of the Bay Area. We rely on local volunteers who are able to host 6-10 people for an intimate and informal gathering, and can only meet in your region when someone offers to host! If you are interested in hosting for a "Book Night" event, or finding others who want to get together in your area, please join us for this central event on August 7th, or email [email protected].
