YaleWomen Atlanta Fall Social and Author Discussion featuring Janelle Williams

Join YaleWomen Atlanta Sunday, November 12th at 3pm for a fall social and author discussion at Taste Wine Bar and Market located at The Works!

We will come together at Taste for a discussion with new author Janelle Williams who will discuss her debut novel Gone Like Yesterday as well as the writing process.

This is a free event. Attendees are responsible for purchasing their own beverages and food.

Janelle M. Williams received her BA from Howard University and her MFA in creative writing from Manhattanville College. She is the recipient of Prairie Schooner’s Lawrence Foundation Award for her story, “From the Closest Waffle House.” Gone Like Yesterday is a novel about family and legacy but also a literary exploration of racial identity, self, and what it means to be found. Copies may be purchased(not required for attendance) at many retailers click here to purchase.
