Women in Academia: Challenges and Successes networking event with special guest Dr. Carolyn Tuohy

Our special guest, Dr. Carolyn Tuohy, received her PhD from Yale University. Dr. Tuohy will speak and lead a discussion on “Women in Academia: Challenges and Successes”.

Dr. Tuohy is Professor Emeritus of Political Science and Senior Fellow at the School of Public Policy and Governance. She has led an illustrious career as both a distinguished internationally recognized scholar and senior administrator at the University of Toronto. Her area of research and teaching interest is comparative public policy, with an emphasis on social policy. She has served as  Deputy Provost, Vice-President of Policy Development and Associate Provost, and Vice-President of Government and Institutional Relations at the University of Toronto.

Light refreshments will be served.

Parking is available on University Avenue and steps from the St. Patrick subway station (northwest corner of Dundas and University).
