Fun and educational event for nature lovers who want to know more about the American naturalist who launched the modern ecology movement, Rachel Carson. Good for kids and families!

We can meet at the home of Fran Kelleher in Silver Spring, MD at 8:30 am on Saturday, May 20th to carpool (5 min drive) to Rachel Carson's home, where we will have a tour. We will then hike back through the woods to Fran's house for refreshments.
