What you do: I am a Senior Associate at The Cadmus Group, an environmental consulting firm, where I co-lead their sustainability team and works with nonprofit, NGO, and philanthropic clients. I am also the founder of Velvet Frame, a social impact strategy and communications consultancy where I work with nonprofits and social enterprises across the environmental-social impact spectrum on their capacity-building and change management challenges using an ecosystems approach. I am also a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice where I teach graduate courses in their nonprofit leadership and social work programs.
Your family: Just me
Other Yale volunteer work: I’ve been the chair of Yale Blue Green (the environment and sustainability alumni interest group) since 2014. I served on the YAA Board of Governors from 2016-2019 and previously served on the Yale Alumni Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force.
Something we might not know about you: I practiced martial arts through most of my childhood and have a 1st degree black belt.
