Feb Club x YaleWomen: Cooking Together with Amy Liao (Class of 2011)

Join us on Saturday February 20th, 6 PM EST for a cooking class on how to make tang yuan, a Chinese rice ball dessert, hosted by Amy Liao (Class of 2011). This dish is glutinous rice balls (like mochi) in a sweet syrup soup and is traditionally served during the Lantern Festival, representing reunion and togetherness.

This dish is gluten free and vegetarian.

And in the spirit of Feb Club, BYOB!

Upon registration, event details and direct link will be provided before the event.
