Calling all outdoor enthusiasts. Please join YaleWomen Boston for a fall hike at Middlesex Fells in Winchester. This moderate hike winds through a classic New England woodland with sassafras, oak, maple and pine and takes about 2-2.5 hours. We can adapt the length to suit the group on the actual day. The terrain is uneven, with rocks and roots, and undulating, but not difficult. There are lovely reservoir views, and with luck, the fall colors will be showing. This event is kid and dog friendly, although note that Middlesex Fells requires that your dog be kept on a leash. Bring water, sunscreen, and insect repellent. There is no charge but please rsvp so that we know to wait for you in the parking area. Questions?
